Leading Ladies is a program designed for local middle school and high school girls. Leading Ladies is a community-based, group and one on one, mentorship program that fosters and promotes social skills, hard skills, diversity and inclusion, consideration of others, cultural competency, effective communication, public speaking, and emotional intelligence skills. Leading Ladies is committed to strengthening confidence levels, identifying leadership characteristics and strengths, and a positive and professional sisterhood. Each participant's academic performance, behavior, attendance, and confidence levels will be monitored through the school along with active parental involvement. Participants will be challenged, respected, developed, and encouraged to walk in their greatness.

Our  objective is to empower, educate, and equip young girls with the tools needed to effectively communicate, analyze, assess, negotiate, and utilize the decision making process.
